Reward Amount: $400 (≤ 300MBH)

This Cash-Back Reward is only available for models on the Pre-Qualified Equipment List . A qualifying natural gas boiler must have the following attributes:
  • Have at least an efficiency rating of at least 90% AFUE
  • Modulate its firing rate
  • Have an outdoor air reset control
  • Be a sealed combustion unit

  • Have at least an efficiency rating of at least 90% AFUE
  • Automatically vary the Btu output using a variable speed blower motor, which can be called by a variety of names including electronically commutated motor (ECM) and efficient brushless DC motor
  • Vary its output based on the amount of heating load (have at least two stages of firing).
  • Be a sealed combustion unit.
If only a water heater remains vented through the chimney when the old boiler is removed, the contractor is required to install a chimney liner.

NOTE:
  • Air handlers are not eligible for this reward.
  • Two or multi-speed motors are not eligible for this reward.
Ground Source Geothermal Heat Pumps may be eligible for this reward. See instructions below.

Customer must purchase electricity from a participating utility to qualify for this reward.
