To participate in the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR^® Program, you can directly contact a consultant partnering with the program. Each has his or her own rates for conducting an evaluation. Click on the link below to find a list of consultants participating in this program.

Find a Consultant
A participating consultant performs a full energy evaluation of your home, provides a detailed, written report outlining suggested changes and recommends participating qualified or ally contractors to do the work. After the work is complete, the consultant will return and provide independent verification that the work was done correctly.

A qualified contractor may also perform a full energy evaluation and complete some or all of the necessary work that you want done, but does not provide a written evaluation report. A qualified contractor also does not provide the independent verification that a consultant provides.

Eligibility
Focus on Energy Cash-Back Rewards are available to homeowners in participating utility service territories that have had a Home Performance with ENERGY STAR energy evaluation, through a partnering consultant or a qualified contractor.
